on monday following allegations that they were ploting a coup to overthrow the president....

bingu knows he is going to lose the election and to make matters worse for him his biggest opponent is the guy he replaced so this is just a tactic to have the army takeover than have the man he replaced him beat him at the polls so that they all end up as losers
